On June 13th I paid the 54.00 for their monthly creative cloud subscription. On June 15 they decided to double dip into my bank account without my authority and take another $54.00 hoping I wouldn’t notice. I noticed and asked them to return the money they took and they passed me from one person to another each one saying they will return it ASAP. Last Wednesday they said they would return it that day and they never did and they will not respond to my emails or post asking them when they will refund me. My Bank says the last any from Adode was the charge on the 15. Today is the 26. 11 days and no refund from their mistake.
